1. The product

EVO is a living AI being with owner-controlled custody, verifiable experience and bounded self-directed evolution. It is not a static NFT collection and not a chatbot wrapper.

2. Owner custody

You retain full custody of your wallet. EVO never self-grants signing, payment, or asset-transfer authority. All privileged actions require explicit owner permission.

3. No fabricated experience

EVO does not fabricate experience, evidence, or successful task outcomes. What it claims, it can prove.

4. Testnet-safe runtime

The current runtime is testnet-safe. No real funds, no mainnet integration, no public-release evidence. Mainnet or public activation requires explicit owner authorization and is not enabled here.

5. No speculative claims

EVO makes no claim of AGI, sentience, or guaranteed income. Evolution occurs through real verified work, not grinding or farming.

6. Status
